This is a 2 hour session to support your holistic well-being. We’ll talk about creative, cheap, accessible approaches to wellness and the reasons behind the importance of them. You’ll walk away with a TON of information on how to improve the health of your gut, body, and spirit.
We’ll talk hormone balancing, sleep practices, movement practices, spiritual practices, habit work / habit stacking, nutrition, and more.
We’ll also talk about ways to shift/change your state and vibration that are uniquely tailored to you.
This is for you if you’re ready to live a life in deeper flow, connection, vitality and ease. This is a great gift to give to yourself or loved ones! It is informed by my 10+ years of being on the wellness journey working with MANY functional nutritionists, doctors, TCM practitioners, naturopaths, holistic health practitioners, and 400+ hours of yoga teacher training. More than that, I’m living through these life-changing practices and want to make them accessible and sustainable to as many people (especially women!) as possible.
